ULTIMATE AFFAIR WEDDING PACKAGE - $8,500
All-Inclusive Colorado Wedding and Reception for up to 50 guests
The Ultimate Affair Wedding Package is designed for an intimate and elegant Colorado mountain wedding setting of up to 50 guests for an outdoor wedding and reception. Including guest accommodations for up to 24 guests in the inn. The contract price for the Ultimate Affair Wedding and Reception Package includes the following:
- Exclusive use of the grounds for two days including 11:00 am check-out.
- Use of our six bedrooms in the main house and two honeymoon cabins for two nights, accommodating up to 24 people.
- Full gourmet breakfast each morning for all B&B guests.

The contract price for the Pikes Peak Ceremony and Reception Package includes the following:

The Dream Wedding by Design Package is where you customize and design the perfect Colorado mountain wedding you have been dreaming of and let us do the work for you. Eastholme Bed and Breakfast and its magnificent views provide the perfect backdrop for an intimate setting of up to 50 guests for an outdoor wedding and indoor weddings for up to 25 guests. Guest accommodations for 26 people. Your wedding is a time of family sharing and reunions of friends from afar. Your guests can relax and enjoy the festivities in celebration of your special day. The contract price for the Dream Wedding by Design Package includes the following:
- Exclusive use of the grounds for two days including 11:00 am check-out.
- Use of our six bedrooms in the main house and two honeymoon cabins for two nights, accommodating up to 26 people.

Ceremonies can be held either indoors in the welcoming ambiance of the fireplace in the formal parlor or outdoors in the elegant wedding gazebo. Intimate setting for up to 50 guests outdoors and 25 guests indoors. Honeymoon cottage or suite for two nights for the bride and groom. The contract price for the Colorado Rocky Mountain Wedding Package includes the following:

The Intimate Wedding & Honeymoon Package is perfect for a small gathering of family and close friends for an intimate Colorado mountain wedding ceremony indoors in the formal parlor by the fireplace or outdoors in the wedding gazebo. Designed for 12 or less people, the package includes one of our romantic honeymoon cottages, complete with fireplace and Jacuzzi tub.
The contract price for the Intimate Wedding & Honeymoon Package includes the following:
- Wedding officiant
- Bride & groom and up to ten guests
- Two-night stay in one of our honeymoon cottages (Primrose Cottage or Columbine Cottage) or the Eliza Marriott Hewlett Bridal Suite
- Wedding site – gazebo or parlor for one hour between the hours of 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm

The Colorado Elopement Wedding Package is designed for couples wishing to elope in Colorado for a small intimate Colorado mountain wedding ceremony for just the bride and groom. Your choice of wedding sites include the outdoor wedding gazebo or indoors in the formal parlor.

COLORADO RENEWAL OF VOWS - $595
A renewal of your wedding vows is a time to pause and reflect on where you have been and where you are going. Renewing your commitment is a meaningful, touching, and revivifying ceremony for you and your children, family, and friends. An excellent gift for mom and dad from the children. This package is designed for a small gathering of 12 people or less.

A highly skilled and licensed Massage Therapist can be arranged for a two-hour massage in the privacy of your room. Traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal, and post-natal. The bride and groom each enjoy a 60-minute massage.
- Private Gourmet Dinner for Two - $120
Six-course gourmet dinner prepared by Executive Chef Aron and served in the privacy of your room for the bride and groom.
- Bouquet of roses - $60

Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% of all costs is due and payable upon receipt of the signed event contract with Eastholme in the Rockies Bed and Breakfast, which guarantees your date. The remaining 50% is due and payable 90 days before the event.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $250 is collected with your final payment before the first day of the event. Security deposit is refunded within 10 days of check-out if there are no damages and the facility has been left in good condition.
Cancellation Policy: The 50% deposit is non-refundable should the event be cancelled at any time for any reason. Cancellation ninety (90) days or less from the first day of the scheduled stay will result in forfeiture of the remaining 50% fees, plus taxes. |
