This charming 1885 Victorian Bed and Breakfast has been providing lodging accommodations for guests for more than 120 years. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a UTE Pass landmark. Eastholme is the oldest and only remaining of a group of resort hotels that once flourished between scenic Manitou Springs and Cripple Creek.
Our Colorado Bed and Breakfast home is over 5200 square feet featuring 6 elegant rooms and suites, fireplaces and private baths that can accommodate up to 20 people. There are two cabin rentals on the property that accommodate 6 people. With Bed and Breakfast House Rental and Cabin Rental together we can accommodate up to 26 people. The facility is ideally suited for Colorado Family Reunion, Business Retreat, Corporate Event, Scrap Booking, Birthday Party, Wedding, Elopement, Wedding Shower, Baby Shower, Wedding Anniversary, Honeymoon, Air Force Graduation or your favorite special occasion.
Guests will awake each morning to a full gourmet breakfast served at 9:00 am with freshly baked breads, pastries and culinary delights such as delicate soufflés and hearty frittatas.

Experience the ambiance of Eastholme in the Rockies located in the Pikes Peak mountain village of Cascade. Only 6 miles from Colorado Springs, 5 miles from Manitou Springs and 8 miles from Woodland Park. Enjoy the cooler climate at an elevation of 7300 ft surrounded by aspens and pines.
Eastholme is just minutes away from all the Pikes Peak Region area attractions such as; Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Seven Falls and the famous Flying W Ranch. The Royal Gorge and river rafting are only an hour drive and the historic mining town of Cripple Creek is only 35 miles away. There is a bountiful of activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, antique shopping, museums and fine arts.
Light housekeeping in common areas are provided each day for the house and cabins. Breakfast is included and served each day at 9:00am. We are a non-smoking facility and smoking is only permitted outdoors in designated areas. No pets are allowed on the premises.

Entire House Rental: Up to 20 people - $835 per day during high season (May 1st – October 31st) including ALL holidays.
3 Day minimum stay required
- $700 per day during low season (November 1st – April 30th) including ALL holidays.
2 Day minimum stay required
- 3 course gourmet breakfast included each morning
Entire House Rental & Cabin Rental: Up to 26 people
- $1,135 per day during high season (May 1st – October 31st) including ALL holidays.
3 Day minimum stay required
- $950 per day during low season (November 1st – April 30th) including ALL holidays.
2 Day minimum stay required
- 3 course gourmet breakfast included each morning
Reservations
Group reservations must be made by phone. A deposit of 50% is required at the time reservation. The balance of 50% is required two weeks prior to your arrival.
Security Deposits
A refundable security deposit of $250 is collected with final payment for the Entire House Rental and Cabin Rental. Security Deposit is refunded within 10 days of check out if there are no damages and the facility has been left in good condition.
Cancellations
Reservations cancelled within 90 days before scheduled arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your 50% deposit. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival your full stay charge will apply.
Discounts
We offer a 5% discount for entire property rentals including the Main House and Cabins for 5 or more night stays from November 1st to April 30th for Sunday through Thursday bookings only.
Discounts also provided if breakfast is not provided by Eastholme. Ask the Innkeeper for details.
