Directions from the East or Colorado Springs
Whether going North or South on Interstate 25 exit at Hwy 24 West [ Exit #141, aka Cimarron St ]. Make a left at the off-ramp traffic light, which will orientate you towards the mountains or West. Remain on Hwy 24 West approximately 9 miles. You will pass by Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs as well as climb up through the canyon making up the lower end of Ute Pass. At the top end of the canyon (just past mile-marker 294) signs will be visible for the town of Cascade, Pikes Peak Highway, and North Pole. Position yourself in the right hand lane. Upon reaching the stoplight turn RIGHT followed by an immediate left placing you on the small frontage road paralleling Hwy 24. In a short distance turn right on Topeka Ave and proceed up the hill to the next intersection. This intersection is Topeka and Hagerman Ave. Eastholme is located on the far right corner. Proceed to turn right on Hagerman followed by an immediate right into our parking lot.

Directions from the West or Woodland Park, Buena Vista, Cripple Creek
Proceed East on Hwy 24 towards Colorado Springs. Cascade is approximately 8 miles east of Woodland Park. Proceeding downhill on Hwy 24 you will pass the towns of Green Mountain Falls and Chipita Park. Position yourself in the left lane. Signs will be visible for Cascade, Pikes Peak Highway, and North Pole. Upon reaching the stoplight, enter the left hand turn pocket.

Use caution in turning left at this stoplight – Uphill or opposing traffic is moving faster then they appear. The intersection is very large hence distances are great. Plus traffic on the frontage road at your left can be heavy and confusing. Please evaluate all these points prior to making your turn. A guarded left turn signal is available upon the stoplight cycling.

Upon turning left make an immediate left onto the small frontage. In a short distance turn right on Topeka Ave and proceed up the hill to the next intersection. This intersection is Topeka and Hagerman Ave. Eastholme is located on the far right corner. Proceed to turn right on Hagerman followed by an immediate right into our guest parking lot. Please do not come up into the driveway.

Availability of accommodations and dates may be observed through our online reservation system. Please note that this service is "near-time" and may not reflect the most recent reservations.

Advance reservations are required and are secured with a credit card. Reservations may be made by personally calling us at 1-800-487-6420 or through our online reservation system . When making a reservation with a bed and breakfast, please remember that you are making a commitment to us, just as we are making one uniquely to you. B&B accommodations and packages, unlike hotels and motels, are one of a kind to your specific interests and visit. Observation and understanding of cancellation polices as well as not delaying notification is only being considerate of your innkeepers and guest service providers.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Sorry, we do not accept American Express. A credit card is required to secure the reservation deposit. We accept cash only for the balance due upon arrival. We also accept personal checks subject to the conditions outlined in Deposits below. A deposit equal to one night or 50% of the entire stay, whichever is greater, is due at time of reservation. Entire stay amounts include lodging, packages, and/or services. Deposits are payable with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or personal check. Deposit payment by personal check must be received within 10 days of making the reservation and no less then 30 days prior to the arrival date. Because we are a small bed and breakfast inn with a limited number of unique rooms and cabins, guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved. We understand that circumstances arise, sometimes out of a guest’s control, requiring a cancellation of a reservation. However, as a small business, cancellations have a significant impact on us and the services we are able to provide. Therefore, we cannot make exceptions to the cancellation policies.

Deposits will be refunded for cancellation greater than 14 days from the arrival date, less a $35 administration processing fee.
For cancellations 14 days or less, the deposit will be refunded only if the accommodations can be rebooked for the same dates, less the $35 administration processing fee.
For cancellations within 72 hours of arrival, guests are responsible for the total amount of the reservation unless we are able to rebook for the same dates. If we are able to rebook the billed amount will be refunded, less the $35 administration processing fee.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, no smoking is allowed in the rooms, porch, balcony, decks or inside the bed and breakfast inn. Smoking on the property is limited to a designated outside area. Any evidence of violation of the non-smoking policy will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee.

ROOM RESTRICTIONS: Open flames of any kind (candles, incense) and irons are strictly prohibited from use in rooms, cottages, and any inside common areas. Refrain from using rose petals in the room as they stain fine linens, carpet and upholstery. Guests will be charged full price for any damage, requiring cleaning, or replacement necessary.

The Inn is a private facility and is for the exclusive use of our overnight guests. This ensures the quiet, relaxing and secure nature of the environment for all of the guests. If a guest would like to have a temporary visitor, it must be prearranged with the owners. Guest rooms are intended for the use of guests only and are not be used as a gathering place.

PARKING: There is one off-street, on property parking space per room in our private parking area. We regret we can not be responsible for the security of your vehicle.

CHILDREN: We accept children of all ages in the Bed and Breakfast Inn and Cabins. The Inn does not meet the needs of infants requiring cribs or high chairs.

PETS: We are unable to accommodate pets on the property due to allergy concerns for our current and future guests.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS PER ROOM: Our rooms are priced for double occupancy. Room occupancy is limited to the number of beds per room. Our room descriptions indicate the maximum number of guests per room.

Gift certificates are available and are a much appreciated way of acquainting your guests with the Bed and Breakfast experience, while giving the gift of hospitality, comfort and relaxation.

Certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount or by selecting a room of your choice including local and state taxes.

Gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase and are subject to availability.
