Chef Lindsay graduated from the culinary school at Johnson and Wales University in Denver. After graduating, several years in the Vail Valley allowed her to work in several fine dining restaurants and as the Assistant Pastry Chef at the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek. After moving back to the Colorado Springs area in 2005, she co-founded FaerieTales with her mother and business partner. Now the two share their passion for food with others by serving delicious gourmet and visually appealing dishes.
